We are going to shoot for February 1st as a set date. February 8th will be a snow date. I have been up to my eyeballs moving and travelling with business. I will get the poll email out either this week or around Christmas.

I am not doing this for a profit. The cover charge will be for my costs and etc., only. Last year I provided Wings and Appetizers for everyone with the cover charge, and bought some pitchers of beer with the leftover cash. If anything turns out to be left over, it will be donated to a fitting charity.

Thanks for the help offers guys. I will use them shortly. This has been a HUGE response. My email list is nearly 100 names long. I will be getting a number count shortly. I am still recruiting venues in Fredericksburg and Richmond, because I have not had a vote yet. You all should have received a test email from me already. (from [email protected] )

If you need any help in Fredricksburg I can help also, I live in Montclair. Also I was at Allsport a few weeks ago for a department outing and work across the street from it so if you need anything in that area let me know as well.
