So if I'm driving down the road and someone steps in front on my truck, they can sue Ford or GM?

Ratchet- Apparently the boat was a 16 foot Bayliner and they were pulling a skier(her husband). If I remember when the story was first out there was something about her riding on the bow. But since then there has been no mention of where she was. It may be a bowrider so she was in the bow but not on it. To fall out of a 16 foot boat and get under the prop she must have been pretty far forward. Of course there is never any mention of who was actually operating the boat-might have been a kid or a newbie since the hubbie was trying to ski.

It would figure that an entry level boat trying to do a job it was not designed for could ruin an entire industry because of a bonehead behind the wheel.
