My observation says otherwise. Of the handful of times I've been stopped, exactly zero times have I had any real trouble, because my ducks are in a row. This video is an extreme example of the exception, not the rule. Which is why we are still here talking about it. Thanks. Brad. |

It is the exceptions that matter.
It is like the threads on OSO where 3 people have been screwed by a boat shop owner and another 20 come forward and say that they didn't get screwed. To me, the 3 are reason enough not to deal with that boat shop. |
