Did they move the shootout to the bay in front of HYC? The email said a "race" out there. Know anymore details?

I wish this event would take off more. Over the years it seems like a smaller and smaller handful of boats run. I don't think it will ever be like the old days of that weekend but we always had a blast. Didn't make it last year and can't this year again sadly.
