Fender mounts?
 

Has anyone seen these. Suspect they are a fender mount, or possibly an anchor point for a Bimini?

not sure on the fender mount though. Doesn’t seem too secure. The middle part pulls out and spins to can access to each “ line channel.” However, it doesn’t take much force and seems like it would break if used for a fender line.
the boat has four of them in the same spots on each side. The ones in the rear are on the inside of the gunnel
