They have broadened thier horizons......last night another stores owner and manager were arrested on the same charges....seems the agenda of the day is to try and set precidents to rid the county / wherever of poeple having the choice to view what they wish. Well , there are certainly a host of things I don't care to view , hear or even know about , but you know what ....tough toenails.....this is certainly a test ground ....YOUR ground will be next...mark my words...

as far as our case goes....nothing new really...prelim in early feb..that's about it.....so here we are lying coiled in the grass .....waiting...

this story is unreal. maybe i don't fully understand what the state is trying to accomplish. has there recently been a school or something built near you? these kinds of things always piss me off! two words immediately come to mind:

Scarab......yes we did you should be recieving something shortly yourself...thank you so much ....I quit drinking so I forgot abotu the "hold my beer " part...We recieved some more good news today...which i cannot elaborate on either...:mad: After next week I should be able to disclose what is really happening..things appear to be shaping up nicely...We go to court next Wed for our motion for dismissal...should be fun . a few eyebrows have been raised...should be fun too...our lwayers ahve been sharpening thier teeth daily... the worst thing is the damage it has caused our daughter...her grades plummeted...th efirst 2 weeks of this mess seem to be the culprit and after a meeting with all her teachers and the principal this morning ..she is back on track to her honor roll status..and is slated to have dinne rwith the Mayor Feb 17 (with her mom) for a humanitarian award she was honored with right befoer this all happened......she will be off restriction tonight after we discuss a few things...poor kid... my fingers are bleeding now....seeya

26 years ago there was no zoning pertaining to such an establishment...

My mistake ...today was a motion for discharge. Managed to get 7 charges discharged...albiet all misdemeanors but they are gone nonetheless...it was wierd though ....have never seen such media (cameras) and reporters for a motion such as this...certainly they were in the wrong courtroom :eek: :eek: :D :D I wonder who these guys were :D and what plans they have for such footage :D , of course the prosacution denied comment....they seemed rather unhappy about the whole proccess...I think we have a public hearing next for zoning and motion for dismissal of the felony charges next month...etc ..etc...etc..

from what I understand there is no civil action to be had when charged with a felony/criminaly such as this....to date we have not ben in contact with a civil lawyer...but in good time I'm sure we will seek something..
