Polished exhaust
What do you guys use to get off the carbon build up on the exhaust tips on the transom. I tried purple power does nothing.

Have you tried using a metal polish? White Diamond or Mothers are good.

Autosol is a thick paste metal polish. Amazing results with minimal effort.

Spray lime away on was with soap and water, comes off so easy. Rinse really good.

CHORE BOY or S.O.S. pads always work for me...

Are you talking black carbon build up?? I've never had anything like that, just chalky mineral build up.
I'd try Brake Clean if its black build up |

I have used this many times on snowmobile tunnels, there are a lot of similar products on the market search " aluminum cleaner and/or brightener |

3M Metal Restorer and Polish is the best thing I've found for cleaning tailpipes.
