Well written Matt, a great company, great products (boats) and the very first time I met Trond Schou he was so friendly and helpful, just chatting with my wife and I at a Miami boat show. I loved his boats prior to ever meeting him and since meeting him, I prefer his brand without hesitation. Maybe a Nortech Flyer or a CC might be a great boat for my wife and I in the future.

I truly appreciate your articles Matt, keep up the great work, and Happy Holidays!

Nothing wrong with what they said. The folks just read into it, the wrong message. My biggest problems were always dealing with the workforce. They were the best crew I could have ever imagined having working and teaching me in my shop. Very smart, skilled, fun and reliable. But the drama and bantering with each other and the union made it difficult to keep progressing and growing. I would not have traded them for anyone else.
