Low Pressure Shrader adapter

I would like to monitor the fuel pressure at the low side of the fuel pump cell. It has a standard sized schrader valve (like on all car/truck tires these days). The fuel pressure sensor has a 4an male end. Searched online for an adapter for it. Maybe I'm not using the correct search terms. Can you guys help? I'll put a hose between the two....linked below. The hose will be 4an female. So need the adapter or adapters (maybe) to go into the 4an female hose end, and screw onto the Schrader valve.

Is the end in the fuel rail pipe thread ? Like 1/8” maybe ? If so, i’d remove the valve and that’s where i’d do a fitting. Ie: in the fuel rail. Not the schrader valve itself.

No it's on the fuel cell as pictured on the initial post. The fuel rail has a 4an fitting for the high pressure which I have a sensor on already as well. Need to adapt into the low side on the fuel cell as pictured.

Your looking for a Schrader to 4 AN adapter

I believe that’s for the high pressure Shrader on the fuel rail which is a larger shrader.

lmannyr,

I believe what SB is suggesting is to do is remove the Schrader valve and install a 4AN adapter into the port, instead of connecting to the Schrader valve. And I would wholly agree. That shouldn't be too hard to find. Just gotta figure out what thread it is. My guess is it's either a 1/8 or (probably) 1/8 NPT.

Thanks. Brad.

Its something smaller than 1/8.

I think the ford schrader valves are 1/16” npt. I do know They are smaller than most others. Hmmm.

lmannyr,

Sorry…. Meant to say 1/8 or 1/16. Looks like it’s 1/16NPT.

Thanks. Brad.
