Mercury does not offer extended warranties, but after market companies do. And there are only a few left. I purchased a 5 year extended warranty on my 2000 Eliminator 33 Daytona. They (FPC) First ProtectionChoice have treated me fine so far with any break down from stem to stern. And the waranty is 100% transferable.

Will, things are going okie dokie right now and looking up. I am moving again this weekend to a new place. I would have bought this time, but did not have enough time to look, so I am renting again. I wish I could write off some interest. I am not spending much time at home anyhow though, if you know what I mean.
I have always had my heart set on a 37/38' something since I got into boating, and the sooner I am there, the better. I keep telling everyone I will be happy with a 37/38, and I do not need a 42-46 anything. Hopefully that will hold true at least until the 42 ATs are out.
I already signed up for SML PR last week. Thanks for the heads up. Hopefully you will be in town and winter will be over this time for 2003.
