What is everyone riding this year and where do you head to?I have an 03 F-7 and an 02 Viper.

How about an oso get together?

Hey, you need to make sure MitchStellin, Rambunctious, and 26Scarab know you are into sledding in Michigan. I have sledded with Mitch and Rob, and we are planning on something between the holidays maybe. Get a hold of 26Scarab (Chuck).

I don't own a sled (have to pick my hobbies according to my limited income :mad: So I borrow one from Mitch.

2000 T-Cat. I hope you are wrong. I went 12/1 and that was the earliest in 5 years. Still good snow in the UP but we need more. Keep in touch, there are lots of "snow lice" here and packin better get some razor wire cause 244 picks say we turn your yard into a garden:D

Rode 130 miles last saturday...from Irons area to Reed City to Big Rapids and back. Snow as good in Reed City no one was there ..earliest in may years. But the snow is not what it was 7-8 years ago.

Heading to Lewiston Mi. jan.10-11 with LEOPA ..... Mad Dog from the Round House does two nights of shows every year @ the Lewiston Inn. ..... Ride 100+ miles by day and make like Put-in-Bay by night !!!!!

I ride, but not in Michigan. We have a decent amount of snow here in Upstate NY and am riding all weekend. I do have to be home on Sunday afternoon at 3 though.:( We are supposed to get another 6 inches tonight andf tomorrow. I hate riding when it is snowing but considering last year I will take it!

Nice Shane, again you have snow and we don't. I am really ready to buy a quad to get me through the lean times. Who knows, some day that is all we'll have.:mad: Have fun and ride safe:D

We were up around Newberry from Sunday thru Wednesday and put a few hundred miles on the sleds. We had about 6" just north of 28 and got to about 10-12" around the Danaher Plains area then went down to about 6-8 in Grand Marais. Wednesday the snow was going away fast (bare ground in the SouthEastern UP)

An OSO outing to the UP sounds like a great idea! Waterfowl, I'm sure it won't be any problem rounding up a sled for you to use.

I have a cabin 8 miles north of Lewiston. We spend allot of evenings in Tally's !
The Lewiston Inn has great food... they used to have an all you an eat baked fish dinner that was unreal ! It's kind of funny the second from last time there my friend (well all of use) eat so much we freaked out our waitress . Well the last time we went it wasn't all you can eat anymore... I wonder if it had something to do with us !!!:D
If there is snow I will try and make it up that weekend.

My family has a place in Moon Lake up in Lewiston. I spent many a nights drunk at Tally's. Sometimes I go in there and think it's better than bars around here. We always go over to the Hotel and check out the local scene. Have a good time sledding guys.

Our snow is slowly disapeering after getting nailed for a month it stopped and now with 3-40deg days its slowly melting. Still have some in most areas around lake superior shore line. Anything south and there is nothing.

Hey guys, which one is Tally's ????? Is it the one up on the main road thats open pretty late ????

Jerry, Tally's is the one just down the main street from the Lewiston Inn. It's a brown building. Haven't decided if I'm gonna make that trip or not. Is your other half going????

That's the place, looks like a log cabin.

The place I was talking about earlier is the Lewiston Lodge, not Inn. It is across the lake from downtown Lewiston.
