My understanding of the titles is: Dustin Farthing, president of IHRA, Tommy Thomassie, president or executive vice-president of IHRA Powerboating and Andrew Hubbell, president of IHRA Offshore. At the time Eric Colby wrote his story, Mr. Thomassie held the IHRA president role, interim as it was.

Short version? Mr. Thomassie is still very much involved.
