That’s one way to do it.

Exact timing of Firings like this make me scratch my head. Why they couldn’t wait until after the race or Monday morning or etc. Don’t know the players, wasn’t in the room or phone call when decision was made, so..,,..always possible a good reason for when it was done.

Man, when the pace boat went back to the pits I thought one of the crew was seasick. So, I guess Cuttell fired her from inside the boat in the milling area?

Wow! But I agree with Vinnie about alignment.

I think was planned to be announced today and Leah found out about their decision early. This sucks for her and all of the efforts that they made up to this point. I hope for the sport that the racers hang in there and continue to be cohesive, we are on the doorstep of having more major sponsorships coming in. Tyler getting Monster has been an outstanding representation/gateway for people to follow and the sport doesn't need disruption at this point of momentum.

I am retired management and this seems really strange management. To do this in the middle of an event is totally unprofessional. Does not give me a warm and fuzzy feeling for IHRA.
