Voted for McDonalds from the choices above but my favorite, when I lived on the east coast was always Boardwalk or Thrasher's.

Hardies had some really good seasoned ones, but the chain has been failing, so it proably doesn't qualify. Arbies also had seasoned fries, but it's hard to find a store that's not in the inner city. Oh, well.
