OT: Girlfriends or Wives - Shower / Getting ready to go out times?
 

OK Board I'm a 20 minute total shower and ready to leave guy. My girlfriend takes 1.5 hours to get ready. Anybody else going insane? BH

That's a normal time figure......unless the hot water isn't working in the trailer. :D :D :D

LOL, I have had this discussion twice in the past two days.
I used to date a girl with a lot of beautiful hair. It was not straight, nor was it curly, it was in-between, so no matter what we were talking no less than 2 hours to either fully straighten or fully curl it. I tell you, it was GREAT when we were 'dating,' i.e. "I will pick you up at 7:30." And she started getting ready at 5. HOWEVER, when I was in a relationship with this person, it was a WHOLE DIFFERENT STORY. I tell you, I really appreciated all the work she put into making herself up; I truly did, but man, that is a LOT of time in the bathroom! (Or barred out of it if you are waiting!!)

Now I am in a relationship with someone who can look okie dokie (in her eyes; she always looks fantastic in mine), in just a few minutes. BUT, when she spends two hours getting ready; Watchout!! She is phenominal.

Yep, that sounds about right!!! :D:D:D

A guy's morning:
-Alarm Rings
-Get up
-3 S's(You know what they are:D)
-Get dressed
-grab wallet and keys
-go
=20 minutes


A lady's morning:
-Alarm
-snooze(9 minutes)
-snooze(9 minutes)
-Get up
-Still Getting up
-*****, mumble, moan
-Waking up some more
-Shower+shave+lather+scrub+massage+2
conditioners+++++++++++++++++++++
Blow dry
style
make-up
choose outfit
select shoes
ask if shoes match
rethink outfit
rethink shoes
recheck hair
gather belongings strewn about
recheck hair
=1.5-2.0 hours

my wife can be ready to go in about 40 min. But likes to take about 1 hour not to rush

Gentleman, gentleman........we do it all for you!
You all can't tell me that a lady on your arm that looks good because she took the time to do it does not make you proud. Come on, give us ladies a break!:)

I married the one who could be ready the quickest:eek: She's ALMOST a fast as me:D

Oh believe me, the results speak for themselves...;):)
But I wouldn't pass up time-machine to get through the ordel quicker. :D
