I love Deep fried turkey! I cooked one for Thanksgiving and another for my office Christmas party. I'm having Ham today. It's snowing / raining here today so I don't know if I could use my turkey cooker anyway. I had lobster, shrimp and scallops last night. Tis the season, I'm getting ready to tap into the Crown Royal any minute now!

TURDUCKEN report:
The TURDUCKEN was really good. We baked it and sliced it crosswise (like you would slice a cucumber). The dressings in it were a sausage rice dressing and a spicy creole cornbread dressing.
This thing rocked. Not a typical Holiday turkey kind of flavor, mind you.
As far as a recipe, none of us actually made it, it was ordered from a place in North Carolina. Don't see why it would be hard to make it though. The hardest part would be finding boneless duck and boneless turkey to make it with. I guess you'd need to slowcook a turkey and a duck about halfway or so, then strip the meat and cut it so you could kind of "roll" the whole thing up like a big sausage pinwheel. I did notice that the outer layer of turkey was in pieces big enough to hold the whole ordeal together (it was wrapped in chef's twine).
I'll try to find a website for it.
