Well he is back home. Some wierd bug that I guess is going around. On the way to the hospital his feever spiked to 104!!!Once he got to the hospital he got some meds and they have him feeling better and want him to watch his diet. I just want to say thank you for all the well wishes from all and lets hope this was just a wierd scare and nothing serious.

Well, I wouldn't have figured a bunch of loud obnoxious loud boat boaters would have this much prayer power. Just goes to show, we have at least some clout upstairs .

Jon, I'm sorry to hear about your father and my prayers go out to you and the family, but I'm glad to see that he is home. I can definetly relate as my mother was diagnosed with lung cancer 3 days before the Christmas of 2000 and I lost her shortly thereafter. It really put the holidays into proportion.
Take care of yourself and the family and have a good holiday season.

I'm sorry to hear about your Mother in 2000. I lost my Father in '96 to a aneurysm of his aorta while returning from a fishing trip and did not get to say good-bye. He was gone in Dothan, AL. on the way home from a fishing trip with his buddies. I thank GOD to this day that he was doing something that he loved to do when it was his time to go. The Dr's said that there was nothing that they could do, even after my Father told them what was wrong. I would trade my life now for having my father back................But I realize that I must go forward and not dwell in the past, and you shouldn't either. Your Mother, as well as my Father, would not want us to feel sorry for ourselves, but to go on in life and achieve the greatnest that we are capable of......Maybe you, but I'm going to be a boat whore
