yeah but what are you gonna hang the trips on the 40 scarab on...Are you going to gut the engine hatch and make it a sportfish??

Clipper, Dont worry about the space in the cockpit.....if you drive like me, nobody wants to ride with you anyway! At one time I was looking for an older 31' CC Scorpion to redo and go with a couple of 300's on the back, I still am kind of looking. You used to see these boats all the time for 5K to 8K. I havn't seen many lately. Wardey

I've got a 40' scarab that i'm thinking about selling, I don't think you would want to hang outboards off anything that big though. There's actually a fair amount of room in the cockpit of these boats. I can forward some pics,--fresh paint, tops, drives, motors, trailer, etc. As far as the stingers, they aren't as tough and had stringer problems. Let me know. Dave

ok ok ok guys I'll get some photos, give me a couple of days....dont have a digital camera but have a scanner so I have to do it the old fashion way
