Yep, that looks like a clear violation... you have to be careful about that kind of stuff. At least, they are not going to fight it because I don't see how they could have a prayer of winning such a battle.... GO MIAMI!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Miami does suck and wait til Friday when Ohio State reminds the UM and the jackasses at ESPN just how much tradition means. Miami has know tradition and never will. Go Bucks!!!!

The problem is that it's not a font, but a graphic design element, regardless of whether or not it appears to be one. I also agree that it's awfully trivial of them to gripe about an infringement (which it clearly is) when the 2 markets do not compete. Sucks for the kids.
