Default Last minute yr. end impulse buy

I don't know what I was thinking! I was driving past the local Ford dealer and decided to stop in for a peak. Well.....I walked out the proud new owner of a 2003 F-350 short bed dually crewcab diesel!!! Although there is nothing wrong with my '99 F-350 supercab diesel, accept the 95,000 miles and hard life it has had with towing and plowing, I just could not pass-up the deal. I did not go with the new 6L engine, although the HP and torque is very impressive, it is new and not yet proven.

It figures, I only had 1 payment left!

Now the rush is on to remove all the goodies I put on my truck before trade in.

Merry X-Mass to me!

I think I may have finally gotten control of my impulse buying, we hope. It's been a serious problem. In 01 I impulse bought an '02 SL500 Silver Arrow 15 minutes after seeing the first pic on the web. 6 months later dropped $12K on a pony my son has lost interest in but still costs me $850 a month in board. Car is gone at a huge loss, pony will be turned over to the farm for last months back board. '02 has been the year of reality, now I need to dig out of the hole. The Velocity is going too.

I did the same thing last Friday. Went skiing but the lift lines were huge so I turned around to go home, stopped at the Ford dealer and drove home a PSD Excursion.
