Jon, I saw a few shots of Mass on the news last night. You guys were getting hammered with snow. We got ripped off, only 1/2" of sleet & ice.

Biggus 01-04-2003 11:03 AM

We are getting hammered here! close to 20" so far!!! and its still snowing like crazy:eek:  :D

LutzParty 01-04-2003 11:05 AM

Have not had any precipitation for over 50 days in Kansas City. South and East of us have been hammered. LOTO area has had some significant snows this season.

The kids are so ready for snow that when it frosts they break out the snow boards.

McGary911 01-04-2003 11:06 AM

You're not kidding..........I live on the beach in Jersey, no snow here, but the ocean has been crazy the past 2 days.....Thankfully it cleared for the JET game today. I scammed tkts on the 50 yard line, 8th row. Im pretty proud of that one.

AIRTIME 01-04-2003 01:20 PM

all rain hereno snow I'm pissed.

Risk Taker 01-04-2003 01:35 PM

Same here Jon.....

We got about 15 inches over Christmas, then another 10 New Years day, then about 16 inches last nite. Now it's snowing again, and we're expected to get another 6 to 10........:eek:

Snowblower is getting quite a workout this winter.........

gdfatha 01-04-2003 02:40 PM

Gdfather funny you should say that. I could not get the camera out fast enough but just as I got to were this picture was a wave came up and went over my truck. My F350 actually moved sideways about maybe 6"-1'  I would have freeked if it was not for the wall that was to the side of me that made it so that I knew the backwell was not going to take me back into the ocean. Want to talk about BRRRRRRRR.

Normally this pier is about 15 feet over the water. Today it was going under. I need a new digital as this one has a delay btwn when you shoot and the actuall picture but you get the idea. Remember this is in a harbor. Check out the wave right behind about to hit it :D:D

gdfatha 01-04-2003 03:50 PM

HOLLEEE CHITTT!!!

I havent seen anything close to that since I lived on the shore of Lake Michigan in Chicago years and years ago.
That condition now scares the hell out of me. I may be beautiful to look at but it's not too much fun to play in, or should I say live with.:( :(

Great photos. I bought a Sony FD 95 last year and sold it 2 months later cause it took so long inbetween shots. I now have a Olympus 2100 that shoots 2 frames a second and also has a movie mode as well a a 10X optical zoom.
I'm now looking at a Nikon Coolpix 5700 for about $2000 with all the accessories I want.

I'm glad you are ok and changed your shorts :D :D :D :D

wwwTOPDJcom 01-04-2003 03:52 PM

Audiofn 01-04-2003 04:13 PM
