Looking for a few new employees.

If anyone knows anyone looking for a job in the marine industry, we will be hiring a few more people in the next few months. Please pass on the information and have them email their resume to [email protected], or send to the address below.

We are looking for a Plant Manager, a skilled mechanic, someone willing to travel with the One Design circuit and maintain the boats and crew, and a person in sales to handle boat sales and sponsorship sales.

We are a small company, and if someone could cover more than one of the areas, that would be even better. Must be willing to work 50+hours of week and relocate to Cincinnati.

No offense Chris, But i'm not moving to Ohio....:D :D :D Wardey

Reindl Powerboats 01-06-2003 02:41 PM

Why not??? Home of the new National Champions, friendly people etc. Cincinnati was voted the best place in the US to live about 5 years ago. As for work out of state, we would pay a commission on sales, but most of the positions are in house.

'cause it's too damn cold !!!! :D :D :D Best of Luck to you. Dave Warden

Hey John G, try starting your own thread. Just a little web-courtesy. A4.

Allan4 01-06-2003 11:02 PM

oopps, that sounded a little prick-ish, not the idea I had. Hoe 'bout this, you may be better served to start your own thread, a little disrespectful to step on someone else's thread. My .02, Later.;)

I am down for the R&D.. I have experiance in breaking stingers/motor mounts .. running in STUPID big water.. and knocking every damn wire off a boat..LOL:rolleyes:

Tom 01-08-2003 01:27 AM

As a batboat owner looking at it from the customer side of things I think the opportunity to work with Chris is a great one. You will be associated with a class act that believes in doing the best for the boat, the customer, and from what I hear the employee too.

Those that know me from before Chris took over know I have no qualms about calling it the other way if that is how I feel. I'm not the first to praise Chris for what he has accomplished, but I think he has earned all of our respect and support. Great to see Chris has been successful enough to be in a position to expand. Look forward to seeing a great future for the project and hopefully a new 38 foot batboat in the near future.

I hope Chris shares with us that he successfully found new employees through OSO.

Tom

Reindl Powerboats 01-09-2003 09:40 AM

Tom,

Thank you for all the good words. Cannot wait to see your boat again in the Cincinnati Offshore Grand Prix and Batboat Showdown, June 14 - 15, 2003.

IDRPSTF 01-09-2003 11:55 AM

Whatever happened to the Batboat showdown at lake Mead. I figured that for great publicity.

Clackster 01-09-2003 12:37 PM

Cinci-Race

Everyone thought it a good idea to switch the showdown to a more central location. And in conjunction with an Offshore Race that Chris is spearheading. ..Hey great idea!
Tom, How's the tune up? You ready?
I recently purchaced the "Aqua Toy Store" AMT that Gary Ballough took the SBI Championship in Super Stock class. and If we get this race together I would like to bring that as well.

Happy New Year! Clackster
