Just yesterday, the same newspaper was reporting that "It is obvious that Manatee Zones are not working"

I too wonder what the count will be? If it's low the $MC will be screaming EXSTINCTION is here, BUT if the count is high, $MC will say the count is a useless indicator to gauge the Manatee by!

Imagine going to a bar and you get in a conversation with a hot girl and she asks you what you do for a living and your response is "...I count Sea Cows."

Better than telling her you go around looking for whales on the beach.
