burban vs excursion

If you get an Excursion you should get the diesel. Tows the boat no problem.

Well I just wanted a simple yes or no, but DAMN you guys take this serious, especially this lifted deal !!!!!! I'm gonna have to get me a lifted mac truck paint it canary yellow and have strippers hangin' off the end

I agree with h2o there is no comparison. burban is a girls car. If you really want to pull Get a EXCURSION!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! We have got the banks turbo on our diesel and I will never buy a gas engine again. We are pulling a 38' TOP GUN...........

were did you get this info cracker jack box! Ive had an x with a deisel for 2 summers it flat out pulls!we towed from ohio to n.carolina(lake norman) avraged 14 15 mpg in the mountians!

You guy's that pull large boat's with the excursion and suburban, don't you get a lot of sway from side to side at hwy speeds??

Especially the lifted ones?!?!??

What have you done to get rid of it?

I tow 37 A.T. with psd plenty power no sway love it 16mpg around town. Had suburban brakes suck!

We bought an Excursion at the beginning of the season and have racked up 45k miles on it. We have no complaints other that we have to drive to much. It is great for long trips and feels very safe at all speeds, although it tops out around 94.

I would buy a Burban if they would put the Duramax and Allison in it.

ps. almost all our miles were towing atound 12k lbs. It pulls great.
