No, that's older than 60's - a buddy has a 61 Evinrude Fastwin and it is MUCH more modern looking than that.
He also had some mid-50's Wizards (a Super 6 and Super 10) that were more in line with the appearance of that Johnson (although I think they were STILL more modern looking than that one).
My official guess is EARLY 50's.

I may be able to help, I have a manual from Johnson and it lists all the models and years. Also has original costs from 1922-56. Everything is based on model #'s so see if you can find them. Should be alpha numerical IE: J-25 was made between 1925 - 1932. Amazing that it still runs!

I think I have it, I found photos in the manual and there seems to be a match. Looks like a HD-20-25 made in between 1941-1949 not before or after. Serial #'s should nail the exact year for you!
