fountain question

does anyone know if the fuel tanks on fountains 91n or newer used alum fuel tanks or poly type, fixing to by 92 35lightning was told alum, they say the poly type crack and can lead to explosion

johnnyboatman,
I believe all Fountains came with aluminum tanks. In 92 there should be two 79 gallon tanks. Reggie had a stupid idea in 97 to put in 69 gallon tanks. They only did that for half the year.

Make sure you get the boat surveyed before you buy.
Happy shopping,
Dan
