Thumbs up New cat!

Fooled ya! Well, it is a cat! Just brought it home on Monday. I've never owned a "luxury" car, but I got a pretty good deal on this one. Since we'll never tow a boat (assuming we get a new boat anytime soon, but that's another story...), we decided to go for it.

2003 Jaguar X-type, 2.5 liter, 5 spd, quartz exterior, charcoal interior, only two options - metallic paint and a CD player. Loving it so far!

Nice wheels, those are 4WD or AWD, do you plan on towing with it?

It's AWD, split 40/60 front/rear. No towing for me - while I have this fantasy about trailering all over, down to LOTO and Lake Cumberland, etc., then reality hits and I realize I don't have time to tow a boat from my house to the lake, which is about 30 minutes. Rack storage is just so much easier...

GLH, that was definitely a consideration. My wife loves black vehicles - those damn things are a ***** to keep clean. Drives me nuts...

Nice. What else did you look at? My lease is up in a few months and I'm starting to look. So far the Vette or BMW 330 have my attention.
