For those CPA's out there its a section 179 (a). On my second vehicle using it. Just be careful of it causing you to fall into AMT status.

I can't give you the exact weight because it's not my list here at work but you should be able to find the GVW in your paperwork from the dealership but it would be over the 6,000 lbs. Something to compare it to a Ford Expedition is 7,000

Federal, and the F250 would qualify. It goes by GVWR

now i wonder if there is some way i can qualify -- i have an f250 -- but sit behind a freaking desk al day gaining weight! lol
