You see the liberal’s main enemy now is the fact that all of their bullcrap is brought to light Via the Magic of the Internet!!

I saw what those bastards did in Florida emptying Rest homes Bussing old People in Diapers, and the Rural Illiterates who did not even know what day it was, Problem was no “Minders” in the voting Booth , Aaahh A Real Tough break for the Socialists (half way to a Communist) that day!! ROFLMAO They did not to get to vote for them!

So tell me what is wrong with being a Conservative?? Is conserving the Constitution OK? Is conserving our Culture OK? Is conserving our basic values and way of Life OK? Conserving our Morals OK? Conserving our Work Ethic OK or Achievement!! Tell Me!

Conserving the very things that made this Country Great Is that FRIGGIN OK?? These VERY things that those Brave Men on Normandy Beach Died for is that Also OK??

Now when I look at the Democratic Party LOL ( now here are the nutcases) all I see are Traitors, Fifth Column and all their Lackeys, Liars, Cowards ,Transvestites, and every single thing that is wrong in this country today!

And here all this while I thought we sent the Dysfunctional and the Traitors back to England circa 1776-1883 Man o Man!!

Let me get this straight. Someone posts a long link with many references to Clinton's activities and that should be disregarded and Tom posts this novel and we are supposed to say Ok. I don't think so.

A couple of points. First anyone who says and I quote "...trivial issues that paved the way for Clinton's impeachment in 1998" loses both my view of objectivity and credibility. Lying to the nation and perjury are not trivial for the leader of this nation. Second while noting that FOX announced for Bush prematurely they left out the part where NBC and CBS called states for Gore prematurely including FL. i do not even have time to go into each point but can assure you with the Internet i can find an article that will prove beyond a doubt that a pig really can fly. So enough with the posting of someone else's views. Just because it is an article does not make it factual.

My real issue with the media and why I believe it has a liberal bend has to do with the personalities and the placating to Hollywood of the major networks. I will give you FOX has conservative reporters. Take O'Reilly as an example. He is a conservative and never shies from saying so, but he reports both sides by allowing commentary from his opposition. Granted his role is to disagree but he lets them have their say and even gives them the last word. The problem is mainstream America, and specifically a large portion of the Democrat's constituency does not read the New York Times, Washington Post watch CNN or listen to talk radio. Instead they get their views from TV shows and the latest news byte on network TV where controvercy is the story because it sells. This is usually by promoting a minority viewpoint to stir the pot. The Afghanistan war had soething like a 90% approval rating when started and still the news gave major news time to like 20 people in Chicago in an anti-war demonstration. And lets not forget the covering of important political stories like Moby and his Iraqi story.

BTW do you consider CSPAN to be a liberal or conservative news medium? just curious

Always good to bolster or try and make a point with a website that has a pop up asking for money to help stop treating Bush like "royalty"....Yeah there is some balance for you.

So if I go cut and paste 200 articles from all over the net on liberal bias in the media-they'll all be false cause they come from "right wing" sources Like Bernard Goldberg...

Why We Hate Them

September 25, 2002

printer friendly

I'VE BEEN TOO busy fretting about "why they hate us" to follow the Democrats' latest objections to the war on terrorism. So it was nice to have Al Gore lay out their full traitorous case this week. To show we really mean business, Gore said we should not get sidetracked by a madman developing weapons of mass destruction who longs for our annihilation.

Rather, Gore thinks the U.S. military should spend the next 20 years sifting through rubble in Tora Bora until they produce Osama bin Laden's DNA. "I do not believe that we should allow ourselves to be distracted from this urgent task," he said, "simply because it is proving to be more difficult and lengthy than predicted."

Al Bore wants to put the war on terrorism in a lockbox.

Gore also complained that Bush has made the "rest of the world" angry at us. Boo hoo hoo. He said foreigners are not worried about "what the terrorist networks are going to do, but about what we're going to do."

Good. They should be worried. They hate us? We hate them. Americans don't want to make Islamic fanatics love us. We want to make them die. There's nothing like horrendous physical pain to quell angry fanatics. So sorry they're angry – wait until they see American anger. Japanese kamikaze pilots hated us once too. A couple of well-aimed nuclear weapons, and now they are gentle little lambs. That got their attention.

Stewing over the "profound and troubling change in the attitude of the German electorate toward the United States," Gore ruefully noted that the German-American relationship is in "a dire crisis." Alas, the Germans hate us.

That's not all. According to Gore, the British hate us, too. Gore said Prime Minister Tony Blair is getting into "what they describe as serious trouble with the British electorate" because of his alliance with the U.S. ("Serious trouble" is British for "serious trouble.")

That same night, James Carville – the heart and soul of the Democratic Party – read from the identical talking points on "Crossfire": "The Koreans hate us. Now the Germans – you know that's one against Germany. You know what? You know what? If we had a foreign policy that tried to get people to like us, as opposed to irritating everybody in the damn world, it would be a lot better thing." (Hillary Clinton on James Carville: "Great human being.")

Perhaps we could get Djibouti to like us if we legalized clitorectomies for little girls. America is fighting for its survival and the Democrats are obsessing over why barbarians hate us.

The Democrats' scrolling series of objections to the war is utterly contradictory. On one hand, liberals say Bush is trying to build an "empire." But on the other hand, they are cross that we haven't turned Afghanistan into the 51st state yet. This follows their earlier argument that Afghanistan would be another Vietnam "quagmire."

The "empire" argument is wildly popular among the anti-American set. Maureen Dowd said Dick Cheney and "Rummy" were seeking "the perks of empire," hoping to install "lemon fizzes, cribbage and cricket by the Tower of Babel." She warned that invading Iraq would make them hate us: "How long can it be before the empire strikes back?"

Ah yes – we must mollify angry fanatics who seek our destruction because otherwise they might get mad and seek our destruction.

Gore, too, says America will only create more enemies if "what we represent to the world is an empire." But then he complained that we have "abandoned almost all of Afghanistan" – rather than colonizing it, evidently. He seems to think it is our responsibility to "stabilize the nation of Afghanistan" and recommends that we "assemble a peacekeeping force large enough to pacify the countryside."

And then we bring in the lemon fizzes, cribbage and cricket?

After tiring themselves out all summer yapping about how Bush can't invade Iraq without first consulting Congress, now the Democrats are huffy that they might actually have to vote. On "Meet the Press" a few weeks ago, Sen. Hillary Clinton objected to having to vote on a war resolution before the November elections, saying, "I don't know that we want to put it in a political context."

Yes, it would be outrageous for politicians to have to inform the voters how they stand on important national security issues before an election.

Minority Whip Nancy Pelosi, D-Calif., the ranking Democrat on the House intelligence committee, said the Democrats would not have enough information to make an informed decision on Iraq – until January. The war will have to take a back seat to urgent issues like prescription drugs and classroom size until then. The Democratic Party simply cannot rouse itself to battle.

Instead of obsessing over why angry primitives hate Americans, a more fruitful area for Democrats to examine might be why Americans are beginning to hate Democrats.

Thumbs down

Liberals have been doing this for a long time!

"All propaganda must be so popular and on such an intellectual level, that even the most stupid of those towards whom it is directed will understand it. Therefore, the intellectual level of the propaganda must be lower the larger the number of people who are to be influenced by it."
-- Adolf Hitler - "Mein Kampf" - (1926)

Tom, Sean Hannity has Allan Colmes to his left with an equal time to respond. It's not our fault that Hannity blows Colmes out of the water every night of the week. WHy?? Because he uses fact....something liberals like to ignore. The show is a debate show, just like cross fire and the others.....Come on man, you are clutching at straws here. Keep it real.

As far defining Conservatives and Liberals....I did. A defination is not 45 paragraphs long, it is just that.....a defination, a simple explination. I did so at the begining of my last post. You haven't read my post, you need to do so.

As for Hannity supporting the COUTER CLINTON thing. So what?? You call it a hate group, I call it a websight. You tell me there are not 200 dozen webisghts just like that one bashing conservatives.....Keep it real Tom, keep it real. Go on FACT, not OPINION. Fair and balalance is right......there is Colmes sitting there like a little kid who got caught in the girl's room. Why?? HAnnity bombards Colmes with FACTS!!!! JUST BURIES HIM!!!! I will say though that Hannity is really right, and needs to back off on the few things he is wrong on from time to time. Other than that, I thank the good Lord for people like him.

This thread is pretty wild. I get pretty caught up in this stuff, and Cat and I have been going back and forth for many months now, but I respect him. For me this is out of a love for what is right and just, and a love for this great country. This is not out of any hatred for the left. Just because I disagree horribly with the left ideals does not mean I hate these people by any means, however, many times I hate what they stand for, which I see as the eventual disintagration of America, whether purposely or thur incomprehensible ignorance. No hard feelings and all due respect intedend, just a good venue to fire away at eachother.....and learn alot in the process. Good day fellas........A4

Agreed, one of the things I love about this country. We can bitterly disagree on politics and religion without falling into thousands of years of war and hatred. In fact we can still buy each other a beer and watch the game in the same room. USA!!

Nort,
I couldn't even get a comment for posting a link (twice) to a water sports site as a reference to why people are so pissed. So much for humor.
