The Vee's I dont know about.
The 28 cat flat out goes. I saw 102mph with a 575sci(w/superchiller) and the dealer said the HP500 will push it to 88mph on a good day.
They were supposed to come out with a 38 cat but it's on hold

8 years ago I would have told you to "run don't walk to the nearest exit".
I have heard the Profile folks have made some changes and now build a decent boat, but I have not been close to one in the last few years so I can't give you an honest opinion.

I have a 2000 40' as Gordo said it is a decent boat. I just would not look or buy one again. But it is a good running boat just not a lot of Quality for your money. This is first hand with my boat and only my opinion.

A friend of mine bought a new 33' V last year and it seems to be very good quality for the money. I know why it is so quick; it is way lighter than most of the other boats of the same size, but it doesn't have alot of the bells and whistles. It is a rocket out of the hole, but I think it would be faster on the top if they added a step or two. Bossman, I am surprised to hear that the quality wasn't there. Just curious, what was not up to par with it.
