I think all the blue tape in the pics is marking defects. Seems to be a lot of it.

Looks to me like you can get 4 mostly good engines, cool guages, a bunch of rigging, and a nicely painted sand box.

That boat is going to take a LOT of work!

From my understanding of what happened, and the damage to the Hull, the Hull is a total loss. For what it would cost you to fix your better off ordering a new hull. Not sure about condition of motors and rigging, but at current bid of $32k it sounds like a decent deal if the motors run well.
