Aronow tunnel
 

Was at a dealer today and he has a 1988 twin step tunnel hull siting in the parking lot. I guess around 22'. Has an 'Aronow Powerboats, Signiture Series' emblem on the side. Twin outboards, twin huge K-plain tunnel tabs. Also a pretty shallow boat. Just curious what this is and if it holds any history.

I remember that Aronow did build a 25' cat with steps in the hull . Saw one in SC. with twin 2.5 Merc o/b guy said it ran in the 90's sorry but don't know much moreabout them.

Is it for sale ?? Or a parking lot statue ??

I assume for sale. It's been sitting outside(with cover) for a least 2 months since 1st time I seen it, with the other used boats.

It is an aronow 24.

Wait till ya hear the asking price, I called on that one last summer, it's been sitting there forever. It's there on consignment the owner thinks it's made of gold. I laughed out loud when the salesman told me how much, can't member the number now, but 50k kinda sticks in my mind, find a used 24 Skater and walk circles around that one, for a lot less money.

Where was the one at you asked about? I have only seen this one at this dealership for a coulpe of months. Wasn't there this summer, at least didn't see it then.

On the SE side of 465 at the Dealership that sells Baja's, right by the Beechgrove exit. They just built that new building, they use to be off 31 by Greenwood, ya know who I'm talking about?, just can't place their name, been by there a million times.

You might try talking to Jeff Delk at Yardarm products at Emerson and 30th St, Indianapolis. He owns or has access to the mold.
