Thank you all for you kind words!
It is very touching to know that people care!
I will tell his family that there are people all over the country that are thinking of them as they pass through this difficult time.
I have spent the last few days thinking of what a true friend he was and how many times we did things together.. and yes of course all the good times!! Those memories will last forever and will be shared with others. He was the type of guy that would give you the shirt off his back, be there when you needed a friend and help you with anything that he could.
I and all his friends will truly miss him. I am sure he was a lot of people's "Best Friend", just because of the great person he always was, and he will be remembered for all the good times, cause there just weren't any bad..

Thank you all again, the support is a big help to me and I will convey that to his family..

Dick

PS.. will you all do me the favor of contacting one of your friends and saying hello.. to them as RickerTX did, that may just make you someone's Best Friend!!
