OUCH!, How much to re-build a Holly 750

Just got the bill for rebuilding, boost referencing, flow test, and run on their motor. Does $500 each sound right?

Sounds a little high, I had Bruce Dudley do my Dominator a couple of years ago and I think he charged me $275.
