Need info on Hustler 377 Talon
I think I might want to get into a cat, and the Hustler 377 Talon with 575's has caught my eye and more importantly my wifes. I know the price of a new one, but does anyone know the prices on the used market. I cant seem to find any used prices out there.
Any other info on these boats would also be appreciated :) Thanks |
Well... There ugly! Thats all I know.:D

reviews on this boat have always been good. and that is one of the reasons you dont see many used for sale.

It may not have been your favorite, but you sure could tell what kind of boat it was from a long distance. HW - Good Luck finding the boat you want! Jeff |
did those all have that little aft cabin or was that an option. seem'd like a pretty cool idea. does anyone have a pic of that. just curious really. thanks all

Not sure if it was a 377 or not, but I believe there was one at the Cleveland Ohio boat show. It had the little aft cabin glassdave mentioned. Pretty neat idea! Do all of the Hustler's have the middle "sponson" running the whole length of the boat? I have never really known too much about cat's but are very intregued (sp?) by them. When I looked down the tunnel of the one at the show, that sort of surprised me.

yes Talon sold the Mold to Hustler, if memory serves me correct this boat was orginally design specfically for supercat class.

Talon made this boat for quite a while actually , before Hustler picked it up. The first race boats I remember were in the M class and C I think.... "Out of Bounds" "Jelly Belly,Gone Again" "Suigernes???" to name a few. Team "Hot Knots" up in Canada ran the poker run circuit with one a few years back that had some of the first Merc. 900 poker run motors in it.
According to a somewhat reliable source .... they are tweeking the canopy to incorporate into the ppleasure boats.... Stay tuned !! .... I don't think they're gonna call it a Hustler Apache though ??!?!?!? JM |
Dallas - I'm with you. I love the way they look.
Great pic's. Keep 'em coming. Jeff |
Awesome looking boats!
Very original design, can I have one? |
After looking at all those awesome pics, I've decided to to go look at one today. I'll brief everyone when I get back

READ THE TEST IN LAST MONTHS POWER BOAT !
:D |
I saw one out in Long Island last summer, I'd consider myself very fortunate to have one...wow :D
|
That would be a great cabin if it had outboards and used the engine compartment as well.

hustler
when i was at lake cumberland marine in april they had a used one. with 575s i think bk said 125 mph ?the boat looked new i think it was low 2s. bill at hustler said there puting b maxes on all the new ones.we looked at it looked good on the trailer but looked like the copit was to far foward not long enough nose.did not like the rear cabin.
good luck go to hustlers web site they are listing some new dealers. |
HEY ROB ,
125 IS ALITTLE FAST I THINK ???? |
Holiday Inn/Race version
..is for sale in Ft. Myers I believe...
|
Dont forget the Old Slick 50 boat. It raced in P class.
Chip from Hustler was driver/throttles depending on the race. |
I seen the guys from Lake Cumberland Marine running that boat this past summer and it was fas but not 125 fast.
|
I think there way cool looking, anything but ugly.
|
Lake Cumberland has a 2001 with 575 listed on their web site for $269K and a 1993 for $149K.
