Bill Clinton had as much to do with the success of the stock market in the 90's as my dog! Study some economics before you cause yourself further embarrassment. Besides would you really want to be responsible for stocks trading at 100's of times revenue? That is not a mistype. Several stocks could not measue a P/E ratio because there was no "E" as in no earnings yet the stocks traded sky high.
