Lower unit locking device

Does anyone know of anyone making Lower Unit locks for Merc 300 outboards? I tried Monarch but they do not have anything for the 300. It would either have to be a nut because of the extention or a screw with an irregular pattern for the zinc plate.
Any ideas?
