Good vinyl cleaner?
Does anyone have any good cleaners or techniques to cleaning vinyl. My bolstes look like brand new, but I just put some new white grab handles on them and you can see how the grain of the white vinyl does look dirty...any help is appreciated.

JOHNNYD454,
I have an 89 Formula that the vinyl was starting to look a little worn on. I used this stuff called Starbrite Vinyl Cleaner and Restorer. It did a great job of getting the dirt out of the cracks and shining things up. If you put an application on every time you go out it really keeps the vinyl soft. You can buy it anywhere, West Marine and even Walmart I think. Try to avoid using armor all and things like that because it breaks down the stitching in vinyl and dries the vinyl out making it crack. Good luck!

The trick is to find a gentle vinyl cleaner (Astrup cleaner and deoxidizer is great) and scrub with a soft bristle brush. The brush is what gets the grains clean. Wipe clean with fresh cloth then apply 303 protectant. Your upholstry will last long and look great. White wall bleach will look good for a short time then the vinyl will crack because all the oils get removed. BTDT
