Starbrite works great for me. Use a soft brush, as blue thunder mentioned. Also the 303. It has UV protectant. Don't use Armor All, it has alcohol and drys out the material.

Lots of good advice here, as well as in other related threads. Try a search for "vinyl cleaners" or just "vinyl", there's some great info here and the search yields some great results for all sorts of related topics. You name it, and we probably covered it here on OSO.

My only recommendation beyond what's already been said here, rinse thoroughly, rinse thoroughly, rinse thoroughly, and then rinse thoroughly again. :D Finish with a protectant, a good quality protectant like 303 or one of the big brands. Don't use anything silicone based on vinyl. If you take care of it, no reason it won't last 10 years. Mine's going into it's 13th year and just now starting to show some wear at the stitching.

Spray Nine

Magazine reported it to be among the best for all types of hard to remove stains on outdoor-rated vinyl. It also is a NONSOLVENT and is not hard on the material.

SIMPLE GREEN.

You are able to dilute this product to the strength you need and it is cost effective. A gallon goes a long way. I've cleaned boats that have sat outside all winter and spring and Simple Green with a rag and/or scrub-brush and the stains are gone. It is also environmentally safe. I also use it to clean the carpet and the hull.

This stuff works like you would not believe Zero Products and a soft brush is the ticket.
