Mike, Wish you a speedy recovery. I never met you but from what I see your an ACE! Had the same thing happen to me on the harley a few years back, the "senoir citizen" just took off without stopping.Managed no broken bones as you but you're a strong person. You will pull thru. Best of luck Mike.

Haven't been on the board since last week and this is the first thread I've looked at, makes me feel ill, hold in there Mike and Lisa.

Just read this whole post. Damn. I lost 1 friend this year on a bike, and a co worker lost his brother. Mike, hang in there. It's about time i heard of one of these with a happy ending. Stay strong, both you and your family.

Woo Hoo!!!! Lisa, that's great news! Keep your spirits up - all of the OSO family (somewhat dysfunctional, but family just the same!) is pulling for both of you!

Thank you for coming to let us know how Mike is doing, Lisa! We appreciate it very much!

We've been on pins and needles all day since we hadn't had an update on Mike for a while.

Gosh its GREAT to hear he's made such an improvement in just the past 48 hours! Tell Mike we all can't wait til he gets back here!

Be sure and take care of yourself too, Lisa. Don't forget to give yourself some rest.

I received the beautiful flower arrangement and adorable teddy bear for Mike. I was able to put the teddy bear in his room, but unfortunately no live flowers are allowed in the ICU....so I am using them to lift my spirits as a reminder of how many wonderful friends and well-wishers he has out there. Many, many thanks!
Good that is what I had hoped you would do

I am so glad to hear he is getting to that point. I know how much it meant when my family was with me through out my hospital experience. Family is SO important in a event like this. It makes you stronger and helps you recover faster. Soon enough Mike will be back posting as himself again
