I hate to say it but thats all that was there. It was not very performance oriented.

dk - You should be happy. The shows in Nashville are a joke when it comes to hi-perfromance. Last one had two nice Baja's and the rest was sail, ski, cruiser, pontoon, and houseboats. :rolleyes: :rolleyes:

Although I didn't make it to the show I'm hoping to this week. The reports I've been getting all point to the Tikki Bar. Heard they had a good band there.

What no Ciggs or Sonics, AT's,where is the other cool stuff??? Gr's show is getting to be a Cruiser show......Detroit used to be much better......

I went last year and found the same thing. It would be more convenient living in Harrison Township to just go to the local dealers of most of the boats mentioned. Guess I will save my time and skip it.

Just got back this morning (unplanned, too many cocktails:D )

The show blowed!! If it wasn't for the Tikki Bar or the many cocktail stands it would have been a total waste!!:D

As far as performance goes Detroit show is a joke. For $10 I guess the joke was on me:o

We drove from Columbus, Ohio to look at the half a dozen boats that were pictured above?:( More pontoon boats than anything, just like our local show. They did have a pulse drive stuck back in one of the booths, but with very limited info available.

Chris, There was no racing stuff there at all. The closest thing was the eliminator that did 93 mph with 496ho's and imco standoffs. One baja had the new merc 525's. Thats it. Not even one fountain I couldnt believe it. Awesome powerboats wasnt even there and they are made an hour away.

Hell last years show was worse.I wasn't even gonna go this year but I didn't have anything to do saturday,so the women and I went down at least there was fifteen or so go-fasts last year I think they had maybe six or eight.
