Us Losers Who....

.....didn't go to Miami for the boat show are aimlessly shuffling thru the board today trying to sound interested in the minutia when really all that's on our mind is WHAT A F#@K'N GOOD TIME everyone is going to have today/tonight at all the parties, especially the OSO one....:(

Yeah... and the board is pretty slow without the heavy hitters around
I've checked out all the classifieds 2 or 3 times now

Well guys I went last year and was at the OSO Party, Florida Power Boat Party the Cigarette Party till 3:00 am and the next morning I wished I was home.

Sorry

Sorry fellas.
i'm leaving the office in an hour. I'll hook the trailer to the dually and head for Haulover Park to put in. Fire up the 502 mags..
Then we'll be off to the OSO party by water..

Now, we'll see if I can tie up at the bar, and stay over night without paying $2/ft for a damn slip when I don't even need hookups...

Tim G, if I could fire'em up and head to the OSO party on the boat, I wouldn't care if it cost $5 a foot. It's cheaper than an airplane and way cooler....:D

When you see this it will be to late but last year my husband and I bought a boat In Ft. Lauderdale stored at American Offshore (Dania??) and put it in for the first time and headed to Monty's. Fuel gauges were reading 3/4 on both so we headed down. It was a beautiful ride down and when we pulled into Monty's we were told no slips available so we were on our way out when one of the 3 motors failed. Fuel gauges still reading at least 1/2 but obviously that was not the case. Turned around and went back to the fuel dock by this time it was I think about 6:15 and the guy said sorry we closed at 6:00. Explained to him we tried to get a slip but none avail. He was kind enough to let us go around to the other side of the fuel dock and tie up for the night on the floating dock. What a great and memorable first time out.:)
