OSO problem found

The hyperlink text doesn't seem to be working.

I want the text to read "Party Photos" and the link should go to http://njoffshore.homestead.com/anthony.html

Instead, This is what I get. I think I'm doing it right.

I typed in the text and then added the URL in the next block? What went wrong?
