Convincor 270 Supercharger install question

I have a Checkmate Convincor 270 with a 496mag(375hp). There is practically no room in front of the engine to install a supercharger. Is there anyone who has a Convincor 270 or 259 that has installed a supercharger? I would prefer a Whipple but I don't think I have the clearance needed. Any input would be appreciated.

I put a procharger on a '98 253. It was tight but no problem.

I had a B&M 250 on my 253 to prblem....

I put a whipple on my convincor 259 with a 502. It's a lot of work but you can make enough room for it to fit, and with the hatch down be un-noticable. If you're serious about installing one ( I had a convincor 242 with a blower on it and loved the performance so I was going all out to make a blower fit this boat and look profesional) e-mail me and i'll walk you through what all had to be cut, moved. reangled.
