ART WITZELLyou mean to tell me you only like your runs.why dont you come to one of ours.i bet you will have as much fun as we do at yours.its only 2300 miles.try it youl like it.

We probably put on one of the only New Years Day poker runs in the country. Been doin it for around 18 years now. We have a blast, and it's in Washington State even. Check out last years pics.

Entry Fees
EBA/AHBA members on/before April 1, 2003 $175.00
Non-members and ANY pre-registrations after April 1, 2003 $225.00
All registrations at the event $250.00

***SCOPE members also receive the member discount. Other powerboat clubs, please call.

Each entry includes;
  • One poker hand.
  • Two T-shirts.
  • Two entries for the Friday pizza/beer party.
  • Two entries for dinner, awards banquet and prize drawings.
  • Poker run video
Additional poker hands $25.00, limit of six hands per boat.
Additional adult entry that includes a T-shirt, entry into pizza/beer party, dinner and awards banquet/prize drawing $25.00
Children wrist bands $8.00 for children 6 thru 12. Under 5 free.
Additional poker run t-shirts, tanks, women’s tees, club t-shirts available at $15.00 each.

Fleet gathering for the first of three staged starts.
All boats gather in Thompson Bay in front of Nautical Inn
First Group (100+ mph) gathers at no wake buoys. Second group gathers in the center of Thompson Bay. Third group gathers off lighthouse point.

Saturday 10:05 a.m.
First group staged start to Parker Dam.

Saturday 10:10 a.m.
Second group staged start to Parker Dam.

Saturday 10:15 a.m.
Third group staged start to North end of lake.

Saturday 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.
Havasu Springs/Parker Dam opens for first card.
North lake station opens for second card.
North lake photo station open for helicopter photos.

Saturday 11:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.
Thompson Bay opens for third card.

Lunch

Parker Dam station opens for fourth card.

The Biggest and Best is the SCOPE Poker Run in Long Beach California 2002 was 161 Boats!

$27,000 in Cash!

$30,000 to the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation

Entry is $250.00 Included friday night party, Saturday night party, Helicopter photos during the run with negatives, tee shirts.. too much to list!!

SCOPE Southern California Powerboat Elite is a local powerboat club. Non- profit. This event is heald once a year with the proceeds given back as cash prizes and to the Charity.

Two Courses Short along the cosrt and Long 100 miles round trip with a 26 mile channel crossing to Catalina Island! The Pacific's Largest open ocean poker run!!

Like Shane said, Thousand Islands Poker Run is #1. It is held on August 22-23 in the beautiful 1000 Isle area on the Saint Lawerence river.

This year hopefully I'll be heading East Thanks for the invite. I know there are others just as good as our(maybe even better!) I hope that everyone enjoys whatever poker run they go to. It's all about fun.
