This is a really good OT thread...I need all the inspiration I can get!!!Ten years ago, I had the willpower to lose and keep off the weight in a matter of weeks...now I won't even think about it. I've gone from 34" waist to a 40" waist. My wife cooks every meal like it's a Thanksgiving feast and I watch nothing on TV all day! HELP!!!!

I went from 160 to 190 for me its hard to put on weight I eat 5-6 meals a day and was taking almost 370grams of protien a day. The protien ended up messing up my stomache so I've gone about it naturally, I don't like all the chemicals in weight gainers.
I have had very slow results but I am not quiting and I'd like to see 200lbs by summer.

You are not kidding. Been working out a few months now and just hit the slopes for the first time in years. It all comes back though, good thing muscle has memory.
