Hydro Hoist

I need a Hydro Hoist installed in the Hammond Marina,IN. Anyone know someone local that does this?

MrCIG 03-03-2003 04:24 PM

Fox Hunter, and Layin pipe have installed a few and I helped bolting a few to the docks it's not that difficult.

Which lift did you buy. If it's in the Marina I can see if Fox Hunter wants to do it or at least help you.

Let me know

And get the MYCO cradle for it. You will not be disapointed. It makes it so easy to put the boat on the lift compared to the standard supports.

I bought the one that Greek Lighting was selling. Its in the parking lot close to the launch ramp in Hammond. That would be great if we could put it together. Please ask Fox Hunter if he is interested.

Thanks Roger

I heard that the Myco cradles are the way to go. I'll check into them. It may have to wait untill next year. I'm getting poor in a hurry

Roger, it's cool that you are going to be on our end of the lake now. We are looking forward to a great summer.

What size Sonic did you get?

Tonto 03-04-2003 12:47 PM

I understand that. I think mine was $3500.00 delivered to the marina and I had the Hydra Hoist guy put it on the lift for me.

We sold the condo last Sunday. I'm sure we will miss it at times but I won't miss the drive every weekend and I missed out on alot of runs last year because I was on the other side of the lake. We are really looking forward to summer too. That's why I'm starting now to try and get things in order.

I'm getting a 386 Sonic. I'll pick it up in April, if it stops snowing.

Robert

Thanks for the info. I wish I still lived in Waycross.GA today. Weather man said we will get about a foot of snow later.

Roger,
I will check with Jimmy and see if he's interested. I'll let you know.

Did you get a slip assignment yet?

Robert how heavy is that myco cradle? I may be interested in one in the future.

I have slip V-11. I missed out on the last slip on T dock by one day. That's okay, with the bigger slip maybe I won't hit so much.

MR.CIG
I would have to guess around 500 to 600 pounds. Four of us picked mine up. I think it is only like 30' long. It supports the boat from the transom up to where the hull starts to curve upwards to the nose, just like the MYCO trailer. It is basically a MYCO trailer without axles and a bow stop. I'll try to get you some pics this weekend, it is going to be in the 70's here on Fri.
