Off shore rentals
 

Hi, I am looking to find a place in Southern California that will rent an off shore boat or something similar for a few hours or afternoon in April for my husbands 50th birthday. He has been into boats his entire life and I think it would be a great gift for him.

You will not find ANYONE in California that rents offshore powerboats. However I do know a few people that are willing to "rent" their boat with them as the captain. It's not cheap! But may be worth it if it is something he would really enjoy.
