Anybody do house refinances?

I want to refinance since my house is at 7.75%. Any of my OSO family do mortgages?

I am out of your area but a 30 year rate should be about 5.625% and a 15 year should be in the 4.75% range without points. Rates vary an 1/8th to a 1/4 from different parts of the country but you are waaaayyy too high at that rate.

I just got a five year fixed for 3.25 % Interest only! Manage your own principal. He does a lot of buisness in Calif also
