I agree that the show put on today was quite impressive, the picture quality was much better than the green screen we saw twelve years ago. No matter how impressive it was it still has no comparison as to being there and watching the show. It's kind of like watching a top fuel drag race on TV as compared to watching it in person. In person you see more of the race, the sound is one hundred times better, you can feel the engines throughout your body and you can smell and taste the fuel and exhaust. I would really like to be one of those reporters watching the show.
While in Vietnam we had the USS New Jersey work out over us several times and the 2000 pound projectiles would create their own thunder and lightening as they went overhead.
